“ The Rainbow Nation Cookery Guide is an exquisitely curated piece of South African history. More than the delicious food on offer, I was presented with a piece of anthropology. Now I know and understand the origin of the dishes I enjoy. In the Rainbow Nation Cookery Guide, we see how connected we are as South Africans.”

“ I have had a great time reading this book. It's eye-catching photography and heart-warming stories of the 12 South African chefs, took me on a cultural journey which kept me glued to the pages right away.

It was such a learning experience. I learnt much more about our different cultures than I ever had before.
Rich in culture, rich in colour, rich in food.

This book is amazing.”
